Send all that data to a 'real' computer and print from it (again, if you can send it from the iPad) or one more: 4. On the iPad, make the data/file a PDF, email it to yourself from the iPad, go to your local library, or friends house who has a 'real' computer and print the data/files from email. Again, this is if you only own an iPad.
Have you Reinstalled the MacOS Yet?:
If this is continuous, then perhaps there is a kernel corrupted, somewhere within the system files -- something particularly related to Safari.

So, rather than restore troubleshoot safari, reinstall the macOS. Nothing would be deleted; it's just that all system files would be configured to how and where they should be.
